Website Development Rates
In website development there are 3 main phases and different costs associated with them. The 3 phases are
Planning : In the planning phase we do our client consultation, gathering of artwork that already exsist (logo, professional photographgy etc). prelimary art work concept development, site navigation, client contact and all the other work involvde to get the ball rolling. Cost associated with this phase range from around $350 to $800 depending on the size of the job. Any 50 page plus site will ge quoted on a job by job basis.
Construction: Once you have signed of on the concept and navigation we go and do what we are really good at. Build sites that work. We have opted for a price per page structure.
Maintanance: Ongoing maintanance of your site. Updating of content. Changes to navigation, adding of additional pages. We build our site around templates. With some training we can ensure that you are able to change the content on your site without to much problems. A certain level of understanding of Computers is required

Terms Of Payment
Sky Internet Services has nominal 7 day payment policy. 30% deposit is required upon acceptance of the concept design. The reason for this is to ensure that clients work with the urgency on the project as we do.
